Backups
Per-tenant volume snapshots taken automatically by the managed backup service. Whisper retains 7 days, Thunder 90 days, Storm 365 days. Restore creates a new instance from a snapshot point - data is recovered, but a fresh bearer is issued.

Continuous backup stream
-Continuous backup stream with embedded microsecond timestamps, shipped on a sub-second cadence. Adjust the window/min-delta to trade off S3 PUT cost vs. RPO precision.
Restore (snapshot)
Click "restore" on any snapshot row to email support@originchain.ai with the recovery point ARN pre-filled. We provision a brand-new instance from the recovery point - your existing instance is not modified.

Restore to timestamp
GAReplays the continuous backup archive up to the chosen target. Archive-level precision is sufficient for most workloads; sub-second point-in-time restore requires the Intra-Segment PITR add-on.
Destructive action
Restore-to-timestamp rewinds this instance's data to the chosen point. Writes after that point will be discarded. This cannot be undone.
